THE PREMISE

Most workout trackers explain what happened. SET is designed to answer what should happen next—a muscle-first decision system powered by a per-muscle physiological simulation grounded in published research.

Every set becomes an estimated 1RM using the Epley formula, measured against an estimated potential ceiling informed by natural FFMI research (Kouri et al.), then feeds dose-scaled recovery, exponential detraining with a muscle-memory floor, and a Banister fitness–fatigue model to predict when each muscle is primed for a PR.

Train with a memory.

01 — THE SYSTEM

Readiness,
not guilt.

The Board turns training history into a living priority list. Muscle groups rise and fall by readiness, so the next session begins with a decision—not a spreadsheet.

02 — LOAD TRACKING

The next load,
in reach.

Each exercise remembers the last set. The weight rail opens at 110, tracks the adjustment to 140, then returns to the live workout—reps, rest, and progress intact.

03 — THE FEEDBACK

Progress you
can feel.

Every set compounds into a clearer picture of strength. Levels make momentum legible while the underlying history stays precise enough for serious training.

04 — NUTRITION

Fuel without
friction.

The week makes protein visible at a glance. Adding a meal opens in place—scan a label, describe the plate, or enter it manually—then returns to the same daily rhythm.

THE RESULT

A gym tracker that knows what comes next.
